The cabin occupies a 90cm by 90cm footprint, a little over three quarters of a square metre, and stands 190cm tall. Under standard UK ceilings that leaves headroom to spare, but it is worth measuring in a loft conversion, a basement, or anywhere with sloping ceilings, ducting or a soffit: 190cm is the cabin alone, before any clearance above it.

Because it ships in four boxes and clips together in position, the assembled 90cm width is not what has to negotiate your hallway. Build it in the room it will live in. Moving it afterwards is the harder job, because 122kg concentrated on that small a footprint is a good deal heavier than the furniture beside it. If you are considering an upper floor, a loft or a timber-framed extension, settle that question before it is assembled rather than after.

Myo Master specifies 1500W from a standard 220V household outlet, which in the UK means an ordinary 13A socket on a normal ring main. Nothing needs hardwiring and no dedicated circuit is called for. That is the sharpest practical difference between this and a traditional electric sauna: a 6kW to 9kW stove of the kind used in a cabin sauna has to be wired to its own circuit by a qualified electrician, which is often the largest single line in the installation.

For context, 1500W is roughly half the draw of a typical kettle, so it will not trouble a healthy circuit. Plug it into a wall socket directly rather than an extension lead or a multi-way adaptor, and avoid sharing that socket with another high-draw appliance.
